HiddenClan's New Warning System [Forum/Tribe]
Hey there,
I guess you're wondering this; 'What the flipping heck has happened to our old Warning's and Strikes Thread?'
There is a valid reason to this, and I also think that our new system will succeed the previous one. There is one key factor that distinguishes the new system from the old. The fact that members don't see what's happening. The new warning system will have the same rules, but the rules will be shifted around a bit. As you can see the old thread has a little list of people who have warnings. This one doesn't. Why? It alienates the members. A moderator can't just list people's mistakes for everyone to see. That'll embarrass that specific member, yes? That member might be mad because of that and might leave the Clan. There are a lot of examples of this happening but I won't list the names now. People also get involved and they say HE DID THIS! PUT HIM DOWN AND GIVE HIM 33 WARNINGS!!! No, we don't want that at all! It's stupid and wrong.
As we don't want anyone to know anything about that member having a warning/banishment or anything. The punishments and the outcomes of them will be noted in the staff-room, where people can discuss what'll happen. I'm confusing you right. Here is what our new plan is. Say if someone has been flaming a member and that member PM'ed someone about it. It'll be noted in the staff room. Then it'll be discussed and a PM will be sent to the person who was flaming. If it keeps happening another PM will be sent. If it still keeps going then a they'll be banished for a day or too. If it still goes on after it'll become longer and if that person does it it again, he'll be perma banned of the forum and kicked from the tribe. Nice yeah =P
This counts for Tribe/Forum. Now forum. If you Spam or Flame then a Modération will appear under your message. The different Modérations are the colors of different Mods, the reason for this is so that we know who made that message, no fake Moderation =D We call this Mod colors. If it goes on, then more Modérations will come up. Again then you'll get the PM and then yeah. This counts for Spam and other things that harms a forum. If it's spam, then it won't normally result in banishments, but your posts deleted. So it'll be rare for someone to get banned for spam O.O Flaming and cloning or anything bad like that will result in a ban.
Again, the Warning's and Strikes thread is down because it alienates members and such. So here's our stealthy, sky ninja way of doing it without people having to know and not getting involved. This was supposed to go in action last month but no one bothered to post it ._. So yeah! Now you know why the Warning's and Strikes is locked =D Post any questions below and I need suggestions. I need more ideas to make this forum, Troll Proof! xDDDD
